The App also features a Safety Indicator that changes color based on the magnitude of the earthquake, from green (low danger) to red (high danger). Additionally, the App provides notifications for recent earthquakes based on data received from various seismological stations.3. Disclaimer: All data displayed in the App, including earthquake information and notifications, is sourced from external seismological stations. Earthquake Hub does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of the data provided. The Safety Indicator and notifications are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for safety or emergency planning. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that Earthquake Hub is not responsible for any inaccuracies or delays in the data or notifications provided.
4. In-App Purchases: The App offers two types of in-app purchases:
- Yearly Subscription: $0.99 per year. This subscription unlocks additional settings for the Safety Indicator.
- Lifetime Purchase: $1.99 one-time payment. This purchase unlocks the same additional settings for the Safety Indicator permanently.
5. Refund Policy: All in-app purchases, including the yearly subscription and lifetime purchase, are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the premium features until the end of the current subscription period. Lifetime purchases are final and non-refundable.

7. Age Restrictions: There are no specific age restrictions for using the App. However, the App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13.
