The main purpose of accessing the user's geolocation is to determine the nearest earthquake to them. If the user gives permission, the geolocation data is accessed but not transmitted anywhere. We assure our users that no personal data is being collected or stored by Earthquake Signal.

3. Geolocation data:

If permission is granted by the user, Earthquake Hub will access the device's geolocation data solely to provide information about the nearest earthquakes. This data is not stored, shared, or transmitted to any external parties.

4. Why do we collect such personal data?

We do not collect personal data. The only data we access, with user permission, is geolocation to enhance the user experience by providing relevant information about earthquakes.

5. Children’s Privacy:

Our app does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
